Return/Cancellation policy
Custom Made Items will not be available for refund unless there is an obvious mistake in the following areas.
1. Words spelled wrong
2. Lettering peeling off (repair methods are available over the phone in this situation)
3. Wrong product size was sent other than what was ordered by the customer.
Shipping policy
There is a 10 day turn around on all orders from the date of purchase. Most products are shipped withing a few days, but this cannot be guaranteed as work volumes fluctuate regularly.
Rush Orders can be made. However, shipping will be significantly more expensive usually.
